Implement electrical preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Accurately document electrical schematics. Ensure compliance of all system programming with environmental standards. Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including master equipment files, regulatory compliance files, equipment specifications, and repair history. Evaluate computer control equipment and components to ensure alignment with plant requirements. Define, write, and implement changes to existing process control programs. Troubleshoot control system hardware and software issues. Contribute to defining, developing, and executing equipment and process modifications to enhance reliability, reduce costs and improve safety.
